Team management
Set team member roles and manage access within your organization
IDnow uses role-based access control to determine what team members can view and manage within your organization. Each role comes with a predefined set of permissions, ensuring account permissions are appropriately limited.
- Editor: Full access to managing flows, sessions, and team members
- Viewer: Read-only access with the ability to run flows
Editor
Editors have full control over your organization. Editors can:
- Create, edit and delete flows
- Configure flows settings
- Start and view sessions
- View session history, analytics, and session details
- Manage team members within your organization
Managing team members
Editors are responsible for controlling access to your organization. They can:
- Invite new team members as editors or viewers
- Remove existing editors or viewers from the organization
- Change a team members’ roles
Viewer
Viewers have read-only access to your organization to monitor activity and test flows built by editors. Viewers can:
- View all flows and content
- Start and view executions
- View session history, analytics, and session details
Viewers can not:
- Modify flows or settings
- Manage team members or roles
